Gu Shen arrived at the courtyard and looked at the other person, frowning as he said, "Can't you wait a few minutes? Without the owner's permission, how can you just barge in?"
It was their second encounter.
Shen Li seemed different from last time... he was no longer the ruthless character who came to fight donning several layers of iron armor; the malevolent air about him had faded substantially, making him appear somewhat gaunt.
"You spoke, only then did I push the door open."
Shen Li furrowed his brow, slightly puzzled as he spoke.
"What I said was 'wait a moment,' not 'please come in.'
"What's the difference? In the end, I would enter all the same."
