"I wish there was some way to find out exactly what's going on out there...I don't particularly like having to take a more reactive approach. If we had more information on what we're dealing with here, we can prepare ourselves a lot better," I sighed as I paced around restlessly.
"Take a breath and calm yourself, this isn't going to change anything. But I do know what you mean...perhaps we ought to have set a few teleport points in the Light Continent before we left," Responded Satan thoughtfully.
"Yeah, that's easy to say in hindsight...but as far as we were concerned, we had no reason to return to the Light Continent after defeating the Vampires and freeing the slaves," I pointed out.
About an hour had passed since that energy wave burst out, we'd set up patrols across our eastern border and alerted the other nations in the Dark Continent, not that we needed to, since it turned out that they'd felt the energy too.
