There was still that bit of arrogance in him that did not completely convey a begging but more of an order.
Forever arrogant.
"I'm tired," I held his hands and removed them from my waist then stepped around him. I could feel the despair coming from him in his heart and I cursed the mate bound. It was a subscription free plan to guilt trip. There was nothing false about what he felt even though his words and personality did not allow you to think he had some humility.
But I shook my head then entered my bedroom. I shed off my clothes and walked past the doors. The bathroom was attached to it and I just felt I needed a good soak after the chaos of the day.
The milk bath was ready and even though my shaptis were more than annoying at least they knew how to do a few things right.
