Chapter 850 - Chapter 848 I hate this

A memory belonging to Rex

In a tournament where powerhouses fought like madmen and no issues with anything being banned. Rex was waiting for this chance.

He wanted to fight so bad, so earnestly, so much that he did not know that the other competitors were envious.

"How does one man have so much pure intent on fighting us when he is a body cultivator at the Fourth Realm?" Several of them whispered.

"There are no rules saying that we cannot join in on the beatdown. There are rules for the spectators to join though." Some whispered back.

"There are also rules about damaging the body too much. We would have to be careful." The others whispered back.

Rex had caught on to the last part of the whispers. He knew that people were upset with him joining. He did not know why he would be targeted.

No matter the stance, people continued to praise the fighters. The clash of swords and spears were marvelous. Cheers of pride for the competition.

Five women had not yet once cheered or even smiled. Some men had finally felt their nerves go against them.

"Hey you stinking bitches, at least cheer for some these competitors. Otherwise, we will force you to cheer for something else!" Their smiles were genuinely evil.

"Not in a million years you lazy bums." Violet replied and forced them into the ring that was now their death.

"Die." Violet replied coldheartedly.

Vines penetrated their hardened bodies and ripped them apart. Anger rose from the competitors because this was clearly against the rules.

"Fine those bitches and make them suffer." The cheers echoed.

Rex knew Violet enough that she would not kill someone unless they provoked her into doing so. He stepped out into the ring.

"For any competitor that thinks those women are bitches, come and face me. Otherwise, you, your family, your Sect, even your hometown will be utterly destroyed." Rex voiced out plainly.

"Charge at the brainless fool!" Several of them roared.

Nearly everyone began to charge at him. His axe in his hand swinging to destroy swords and spears like butter. A solid hit to his side from a broken spear changed his axe slightly.

Arms began falling and cries of mercy flooded the entire arena. Broken ribs and spines became the next target.

Within thirty minutes, only Rex was left standing amongst the crowd. The five women cheered loudly for him. Iris and Liz fought over the right to claim the arms. When Rex held each one in his arms. They stopped fighting began to snuggle closer to him.

"Well, your dad's will help with this right?" Rex asked.

"I know exactly how they each looked like. Our fathers will without a doubt wipe their hometowns from the Realms." Violet spoke.

The crowd feared what Violet spoke of. Talismans flew to their hometowns to warn their families to leave immediately. Violet did not care but had to destroy those talismans.

"Worry not. Places can be destroyed with no people inside them. People being destroyed and killed makes people lose control of their emotions and continue to do such things." Rex told her.

She was upset that Rex had not learned how the cultivation world worked. She guessed that is why these other women continued to stay close by even without him being able to cultivate properly.

She huffed her chest out and continued to pseudo ignore him. Iris and Liz took this time to enjoy the warmth of his chest. Their angered gazes at other continued.

"Fight the memory." A voice echoed.

Rex did not understand the meaning. In the distance, a shady figure stood there with a sign that read "The techniques that you forged was simply marvelous. Do not forget. Soul Qi is completely different from normal Qi. Always protect your Soul, your wives, and most importantly your memories that you absolutely hate otherwise,"

The shady figure disappeared. Rex felt that something was amiss. He could not figure out what it was.

He thought about the sign while walking. "The techniques that you forged was simply marvelous. Do not forget. Soul Qi is completely different from normal Qi. Always protect your Soul, your wives, and most importantly your memories that you absolutely hate otherwise,"

"What did I hate about this memory?" Rex thought.

Nothing so far came to mind. The Six Delights continued their path forward. They came across a path. One way lead to their house, one lead to the town, and the final path seemed different.

"Why is this here?" Rex thought.

He could not pinpoint what this was.

"Hubby, the path of destruction is straight ahead." Iris's voice echoed in his mind.

"Hubby, the path allows to forget whatever you want is to the right." Liz's voice echoed in his mind.

"Hubby, the path you forge is the path you is deemed unworthy." Violet's voice echoed.

Instead of walking straight like normal, he turned around and returned to where he was.

"I need to take care of something." Rex spoke.

Five minutes later, they had seemed to come back upon the pathway. He put an arrow into the ground. The walked in a different direction. Coming back on the path, Rex saw the arrow.

He turned around in almost went every other direction that he could have. Now he had to face the choice of which direction to go in.

"I hate this." He could not remember which path to take now.
