"Have you ever seen something so unscientific?"
The man in the video cradled a dog in his arms, a half-bodied wolf-dog.
Although it had no lower half, the dog moved freely, showing no sign of being affected by the missing part of its body. It joyfully licked its owner's hand.
"Go on, good kid, go play by yourself." The man patted the dog's ear and shooed it away.
He leaned over the table, deep in thought as he looked in the direction of the video tablet's camera.
"Look, this is one of the projects I'm responsible for, a dog that's only half there. One half you can see and touch, as for the other side, we can't detect it with any measure we take."
"We've tried everything, and we can't understand why it hasn't died, or whether this phenomenon is naturally occurring. These things seem to exist just to trample our traditional scientific concepts underfoot."
