"No, he's not."
"What?" Jeremiah's eyes shot wide open instantly. He then tossed the towel aside as he continued, "He escaped? Did Adrian let him go on purpose? I won't forgive him if he did!"
"Jacob isn't in Pentagon, but he hasn't left the country. He probably returned to Shallow Falls. Melissa wasn't with Adrian when he returned, so I'm guessing she snuck him into Shallow Falls to protect him from us," Bennett replied after giving it some thought.
