Rohan was evidently excited as he stood by Jacob's side. His eyes sparkled with a mixture of reverence and enthusiasm.
"My Lord, I've been waiting for you for years. I never thought that you'd actually come!" he exclaimed, his voice filled with genuine excitement.
"U-Um, you're King Rohan, right?" Jacob stammered, his mind racing to catch up with the reality unfolding before him.
The gears in Jacob's mind could barely turn quickly enough. He never thought that a king of a beast race would be his subordinate and that the Supreme Beast Citadel would be part of his Dragon Sect's regiment. If that were the case, why would he still need to fear anything in the Ethereal Realm?
Jacob never expected that the Dragon Sect would have a regiment in the Ethereal Realm. Now, he was getting more and more interested in the father he had never met. He wanted to find out who in the world his father was to have been able to establish a sect like the Dragon Sect.
