After hearing Jacob's explanation, no one could muster a word of protest. Now, all they could do was accept Jacob's plan. After all, Jacob was the only one who had encountered the elder of the Archaic Body cultivators. Furthermore, no one else had any better ideas. "We'll go along with your plan, Jacob." Numerous cultivators placed their hopes on Jacob. Jacob then turned his attention to Caiden. If Caiden disagreed with his plan and chose to go their separate ways, they would be vulnerable to the impending pursuit by the Five Slayers. Their sole hope of resisting the Five Slayers rested in joining forces. Since the elderly man dared not leave the altar, he would almost certainly dispatch the Five Slayers to chase them down.
