Andrew left the Star City City Hall upset. Even Oliver and Castor who didn't know the price of these transactions very well, knew that it had been very expensive and were also a little upset.

It is a single 3-story building, well preserved. Its interior, although not elegant, is well decorated, but some repairs still need to be made and paint added in some parts.
