They all immediately concluded the same thing as Andrew and Oliver. The hooded men who attacked the harpies must have been members of Purgatory. In fact, Candice's ability was activated upon hearing what Andrew said.
Her ability is one of the most powerful among all the abilities his wives had received, but it activates without regard to their will. It can be a random event or a simple conversation like this that activates it.
Also, she is quite vague in the things she shows. The ability activated and showed Candice that these hooded men were active in many places and that it could bring them trouble. Unfortunately, she didn't tell them anything else. It honestly left them with more questions than answers, but the mere fact that the ability was activated was cause for concern.
