Knock, knock, knock!
Although the door was open, knocking is the bare minimum of courtesy.
"Is that Zhou Can?"

"That did happen."

"Well... such an act of saving the child is commendable and praiseworthy. However, after an examination, the child was found to have three broken ribs, and the family has come to the hospital causing trouble, demanding an explanation."
Vice Director Yin's tone grew heavier by degrees.
Upon hearing this, Zhou Can actually breathed a sigh of relief.
