Dr. Nelson: Good Morning, Rin. My name is Dr. George Nelson. I am going to be performing a mental health assessment for you today. So, to start, I would like to ask you some basic health questions. How does that sound?
Rin Grace: -ahem- Uh, ok.
Dr. Nelson: Have you been having trouble sleeping?
Rin Grace: No, I don't sleep much, to begin with, but I haven't had any change.
Dr. Nelson: What do you mean by much? How many hours do you usually sleep?
Rin Grace: 4-5 hours or so.
Dr. Nelson: Only 4–5 hours? Do you feel rested when you wake up?
Rin Grace: Yeah, most of the time.
Dr. Nelson: Well, that's good. Do you sleep all the way through the night?
Rin Grace: Most of the time. Sometimes I wake up because of nightmares.
Dr. Nelson: You have nightmares? How often do you have them?
Rin Grace: Once or twice a week. They are usually the same. I've gotten used to them.
Dr. Nelson: How long have you been having this recurring nightmare?
Rin Grace: Since I was 17, I think.
