Not only was the journey back and forth perilous, but being on the Alien Planet was extremely risky as well – it hadn't forgotten how it had once deceived the Federation.
But it had no choice but to come, for it didn't trust any other Apes.

Upon arriving at the Scarred Gorge Empire Transition Base, Dongguo Cilian, using the Federation Mechas seized at the base, sent out a message to the outside world and kept repeating the broadcast.
In the past, it wouldn't have dared to do this – using an unencrypted public frequency for communication would surely be detected by the Empire's technical department. But now, as the nominal leader of the Empire's rebel forces and with the Scarred Gorge Transition Base temporarily under its control, there was no longer any need for concern.
