Adrien pov:
After Lucas and I talk, I decided to sleep in Jess room for safety precautions. I made my way towards her she was shaking and frowning so I assumed she was having nightmares, I held her hands and she stopped. I was about removing my hands but she held it tighter and I decided to lay on the bed with her. 'I'm not going to do anything with her and I'm definitely not going to sleep in this bed, I'll just wait for her to loosen her grip then I'll pull away' I thought to myself..

I was woken up by the sound of someone opening Jess' room door, luckily she loosened her grip so I could move. I quickly jumped out of Jess' bed standing in a fighting position. "calm down Jackie Chan, I just came to check on her" she said while giving me a cheeky smile. "No no no no that's not what happened" I said trying to convince her nothing happen because from the stupid smile she was giving me she definitely thought something happened. "did i say anything? I bet it's your guilty conscience that's making you say this because something definitely happen" she said as she started squealing but I dragged her out immediately when Jess made a hmm sound and she only does that when she uncomfortable or when something is disturbing her. "your annoying squealing almost woke her up" I said as trying to be quite. "Awwwn Adrien is still in love" she squealed even louder this time and I opened the door to check if Jess was woken up by her annoying sound, thank heavens she didn't. "We're not getting back together and I'm not in love with her, I was just laying there because she held my hands while she was unconscious and I didn't want to wake her" I tried explaining to Sofia but she wasn't listening she just danced around clapping her hands and continued squealing. "go and do whatever I'm going to my room" I said as I made my way towards my room, Sofia didn't even move she just kept jumping. "SOFIA RIGHT NOW GET TO WORK" I shouted and she ran to Jess room.

It's been three days since Jess' arrival and I've been avoiding her in any possible way, the boys just kept calling me a coward for not running away from her which I totally deserve. She knew I was ignoring her because whenever I was in a room with the guys whenever she joins I make up a stupid excuse and leave. Lucas kept telling me to talk to her but I don't really want to, keeping my distance is better she doesn't have to pretend she loves me and I don't also have to breakdown in front of her so it's better for both of us. I redecorated my office in such a way I wouldn't have to leave for anything, I kept a big couch for me to be able to sleep or rest on and a refrigerator which will be filled everyday by the maids. I've been in my office for hours now signing paper works and making phone calls without any disturbance, nothing could possibly disturb me. "Adrien open up it's me" Sofia shouted on the other side of the door, I spoke to soon. Why was Sofia here? I thought to myself, she was only here to keep Jess company like I told her to do but apart from that I see no reason for her to want to have a conversation with me because I already told them not to disturb me over unnecessary matter like Jess. "What do you want sof I'm busy" I lied, I was done with my paper works hours ago. "Adrien it's a life or death situation" she said banging the door of my office. "I'm busy sof we'll talk later" I said audibly enough for her to hear from the other side of the door. "ADRIEN I SWEAR TO GOD IF YOU DONT OPEN THIS DOOR YOU WILL FACE MY WRATH" She shouted. Now I'm scared sof never threatens me and she's doing that meaning it really is a life or death situation.

I decided to let in. "Ok sof calm down I'm going to open the door right night" I said as I unlocked my door. She kicked the door open and made her way in angrily. "ADRIEN" she shouted angrily. "sof please lower your voice" I pleaded as I tried locking the door but she stopped me. "don't even try it. JESS COME IN RIGHT NOW" she said as Jess appeared from nowhere and entered my office. "sof what's going on?" I asked trying not to make eye contact with Jess, I didn't want her here. "were going to settle this once and for fucking all" sof said as she made her way towards the door closing it. "I don't want to do this please sof" I pleaded with her but she just shook her head, my eyes landed on Jess and she looked like she has been crying. What the hell am I thinking? she left us. "so will you both take your seat" sof said and Jess went to sit on the big couch I just kept in my office so I decided to sit on my office chair. "Nope I'm the one sitting there Adrien. Go take your seat beside Jess" she said as she sat on my seat. "it's ok I'll stand" I said but sof basically kicked me towards the couch. "if you don't sit I swear to God Adrien___" she was cut off by Jess. "it's ok sof let him do whatever makes him comfortable" she said giving sof a small smile. "ok" Sof said as she rolled her eyes. "so Adrien why have you been ignoring Jess?" she asked as she played with me chair. "I've not been ignoring her, I'm just always busy" I said as I tried focusing my eye on things other than both of them. "oh wow so since you're not busy now why don't you say hello" she said, both Jess and I looked at ourselves and then back at her, she just shrugged. "Hi" I said not making eye contact with her. "hi" she said awkwardly, I don't like the fact that she feels like a stranger around me. "Good were getting somewhere__" she was cut off by the sound of her phone ringing, she picked it. "ohh shit I'm on my way" she said as she made her way out of my office and next thing I heard was the sound of someone locking us in. "SOFIAA OPEN THE DOOR RIGHT NOW" I shouted as I banged the door. "I won't until you guys have a normal conversation and start talking" she said and left.

Jess and I stayed in an uncomfortable silence. "I'm really sorry for leaving" she said breaking the uncomfortable silence. I didn't respond, I knew my response wouldn't be a nice one and I would probably make her cry which I don't want. The silence continue. "I did really love you in____" I cut her off, "YOU DIDN'T FUCKING LOVE ME, IF YOU DID WE WOULDN'T BE IN THIS STUPID SITUATION. I TOLD YOU NOT TO FUCKING DOUBT MY LOVE FOR YOU BUT YOU DID BECAUSE IF YOU DIDN'T YOU WOULD HAVE TOLD ME" I shouted at her and could already see tears in her eyes. "Just forget it" I said I sat on the floor, trying my hardest not to cry. "SO YOU EXPECTED ME TO BE LIKE 'ADRIEN I'M WORKING FOR THE FUCKING CIA AND I WAS SENT HERE TO FIND DISCRIMINATING EVIDENCE TO PUT YOU TO JAIL BUT I FUCKING FELL IN LOVE AND DIDN'T HAVE THE BALLS TO DO IT' BULL SHIT ADRIEN FUCKING BULL SHIT" She shouted with tears still streaming down her face and what she said just pissed me off the more. "WELL YES I FUCKING THOUGHT YOU TRUSTED ME BUT YOU USED ME AND DIDN'T EVEN GIVE ME A PROPER EXPLANATION INSTEAD YOU WROTE ME A STUPID LETTER. THE LETTER__FUCK, YOU LEFT ME AND NOW YOU'RE BACK FOR WHAT?" I shouted as i banged the door trying to get out of this stupid situation before I do something I regret. "FOR YOUR FUCKING INFORMATION I CAME BACK BECAUSE I QUIT, WHAT I DID TO YOU WASN'T FAIR TO YOU OR YOUR FAMILY BUT IT WAS MY JOB. I DIDN'T FIND ANYTHING INCRIMINATING BUT I DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE SO I KEPT LYING TO MY BOSS TO MY FAMILY SO THEY WOULD LET ME STAY LONGER" she shouted. "WELL I DON'T CARE" I shouted back not knowing what to say. "THAT'S ALL YOU HAVE TO SAY, I'M SO DONE I'M OVER THIS SHIT. I'LL LEAVE SINCE THAT'S WHAT YOU WANT, I'LL STAY OUT OF YOUR LIFE" she said as she took out her phone. "hey sof were ok now" she lied hung up, sof got her in a matter of seconds and Jess rushed out of the office.
