I muttered, slamming my palm on the table.
"I'm sick of all the paperwork!"
No wonder Guren wanted to escape. Even though my tasks only involved reading and signing papers, the sheer volume and the mental effort required for even the smallest matters were exhausting.
Although it was just a week's worth of paperwork, it felt like more than everything we'd done before combined.
It was like a year's worth of documents crammed into one short week!
"Well, I guess it can't be helped, though..."
Out of the remaining countries, half had fallen, with nothing left. Their urgent needs for food, clothing, shelter, and jobs couldn't be postponed for long.
Organizing temporary shelters and providing enough food were the tasks consuming most of my time.
Moreover, since I had contracted Queen Tala, the entire Fairy World had become part of my God Kingdom. Although not as much as the paperwork here, they too had quite a lot of documents being sent to me frequently.
