I frowned upon hearing that term. For some reason, it sounded dangerous, like if she took it in, then she'd get corrupted by the original goddess who owned the fragment.
"It's safe; don't worry!"
And as if reading my mind, Fang cleared it up immediately.
"A God's Fragment is a physical representation of a fraction of a God's powers, and I've consumed one just now!"
Rather than being consumed, it looked more like getting absorbed into her palm.
"... I see. Then you're fine already, right?"
"Yep!"
"Good."
With this, one problem was solved. However, our main problem wasn't really resolved just yet. Right, we came here looking for traces of Princess Hazel, and all we found was a God's Fragment and a sold fight. Honestly, it wasn't worth it, in my opinion.
Ember still hasn't spoken, so she must still be searching until now.
