After his heat had passed, they'd had what could almost be considered a normal conversation—at least, as normal as it could get with Zion Hughes. Because no matter how much time passed, Zion remained impossible to predict.
Right after kissing him, Zion's gaze narrowed slightly, and the words he spoke next caught Suga completely off guard. It was the first moment Suga realized that maybe—just maybe—Zion could have feelings for him.
'Can you wait for me? I don't know how long… but I think the more you're around me, the more I understand.' Zion exhaled, his voice steady but a bit low and stuttered. 'I'm, I'm still thinking, but one thing is certain—I like having you here, with me. And I might act impulsively sometimes… I do what feels right to me, even if it might hurt you. Still, I won't change the way I am.'
