A few seconds of heavy silence hung between them—
Until, finally, Ryan Warner spoke in a low voice
"My little sister ... how is she?"
"That little girl even goes to online college, and all her expenses are taken care of. You should be thankful— not many whores are as lucky as you."
"So when will we go back."
"Soon... around 5 more minutes."
As Yuki eavesdropped on their conversation, he then looked around— there was no one, and he was relieved by that. Taking out his pistol, he quickly sent a message to Luke to prepare the car, and just as he was about to approach the two of them— he was startled when a man was already standing at the corner, watching him, with a pistol aimed at Yuki.
It was unsettling— there had been no sound at all from the man's arrival, yet it seemed he had already noticed Yuki near the bend in the corridor.
The man finally got dangerously close. He took off his glasses, tossed them to the floor, and smiled coldly at Yuki.
