Still worrying a little about Mu Di Bai in his heart, but feeling much better overall, Di Tou continued his journey around the Academy, not daring to linger around too long around Mu Di Bai's home just in case he had misread the situation and would end up drawing trouble to himself.
Returning back to Li Chang Hu's abode, Di Tou couldn't help but feel slightly down. Although he had roughly confirmed that Mu Di Bai should be fine and this could be considered a good result, the issue was that it didn't help him figure out why Mu Di Bai was missing, and there were now no real trails or clues.
If the house had been blown up into a pit, or if it looked like a fight had occurred and the formations were broken, although Di Tou would be sweating cold sweats worrying about Mu Di Bai's safety, at the very least he would have an idea on what to investigate afterwards, as asking around about strange occurrence and a torn down building was a lot easier then asking about an empty house.
