In the end, Di Tou thought long and hard while recovering to a roughly seventy percent optimal state and made a decision. In the end, he decided to summon the Mandate for two main reasons. First, the Heaven's Will that was summoned when he tried to use the Mandate was… much more conscious compared to the one he summoned, breaking the Heavenly Ten while obscured by Void Qi. But considering Di Tou's intention wasn't to play hide and seek with the Heavens but rather to bring their attention to this very big and glaring problem that was a Realm Fracture, having a more 'conscious' mind wasn't necessarily a bad thing for him.
