The biggest problem was very simple… Spiritual Sense was incredibly hard to recover, and even priceless treasures might have a very little or limited effect on a Void Returning Stage cultivator like Di Tou, not to mention the fact that Di Tou had never even seen such a treasure in person, much less having one on hand.
But, in the past, this had never really been an issue for Di Tou, and he had recovered several times from having his Spiritual Sense in a tattered and broken down state that would cause other cultivators to grieve the end of their cultivation path.
This was because, in the past, Di Tou could simply sweep for a while, and this process of 'cultivation' would help him recover from all his wounds. Although he couldn't really control which wounds healed first, generally, he would heal in a relatively even state, recovering his body condition, Mental Force, and Spiritual Sense together.
