Staring at the ravine, Di Tou let out a deep sigh, as even with his [Divine Eyes] he could not see the bottom. In other words, the depths of the ravine weren't dependent on some illusion or mystical force, it was indeed… just that deep.
Of course, the main constraint here was the lack of light, as his little flames really couldn't reach too far… Even if he were to summon a whole host of flames, the light they could provide was limited in this seemingly endless ravine.
By all appearances, it seemed like the only way forward was… to jump?
And so naturally…
Di Tou turned around and went to go see if he had missed something, because who in their right mind would jump off a cliff just because it seemed like the only way forward? Truly, intrusive thoughts were something that everyone shared, but that didn't mean that you were supposed to act upon them!
