To spend a week writing two strokes and a single character… it was indeed strange and embarrassing, was it not? Even a preschooler who was just learning how to write could certainly write it quicker than him!
If the character was exceptionally pretty or made the complete set of 'Bu Di Tou' look exceptionally good, that was also fine, but compared to the fierce and deep lines in 'Di Tou' the 'Bu' character was very light. It almost seemed like if one were to squint and look at it from the right angle, the character would disappear entirely, leaving only the 'Di Tou' behind…
Still, the more Di Tou looked at this character he had written, the stranger it seemed to be. Had he really written this character with his broom? How come he had so little impression of it? In fact, every time he looked at it, the character seemed to be a little bit different, as if he were seeing it for the first time.
But how could that be?
