Chapter 69: Elemental Clone (II)
As we walked into the night, I looked up at the moon.
We made our way to a quiet corner of the temple grounds, far from the dormitories and the memorial hall. The stone walls sheltered us from the wind, and the only sound was the rustling of leaves beneath the pale moonlight.
"[Fireball]." I casted a spell, a low fireball enough to see our way as we walked into the edge of the forest. I can't really risk practicing this spell inside the temple, there could be monks wandering around and some of them can feel qi or another word for mana around here.
"Master… how are you feeling?" (Celestia) follows behind asking me a strange question.
Psh, how am I feeling?
Great!
I could only be great because how else would I feel? I cried my heart out as many times as I could. I shouldn't be too fixated on… someone's death.
"I feel fine… I've had time to mourn and sort out my feelings." I replied.
