Chapter 15 - Meeting Of High Level Marine

A Few Days After Whitebeard's Escape

After Whitebeard managed to escape, we resumed our journey towards the Holy Land, tasked with delivering the Celestial Dragon's treasure safely. The journey was uneventful, and after two days, we reached our destination without any further incidents.

Mission accomplished, we set sail once again, this time to hunt down any pirates that dared cross our path. Over the next two weeks, we tracked down and eliminated pirates with bounties ranging from 1 million to 400 million berries, each victory pushing us closer to our goals.

However, our pursuit was interrupted when we received an urgent call from Marine Headquarters, summoning us for a high-priority meeting. Without hesitation, we set our course for the headquarters, and in just one week, we arrived at our destination.

Once we arrived, we were asked to wait for two days until all the high-ranking officials had returned to the headquarters. And now, as the meeting began, we gathered in the conference room, ready to discuss the growing threat.

The Meeting

Kong: "I have called you all here to discuss the Rocks Pirates."

Gojo: "Well, a few days ago, I had an encounter with Whitebeard, who tried to rob the Celestial Dragon treasure from me. But, as you know, he fled."

Kong: "Yes, I received your report. Recently, the Rocks Pirates have been growing in strength. They've recruited many powerful pirates, which is a significant concern."

Sengoku: "I also clashed with Golden Lion once. His Devil Fruit abilities allowed him to evade me, and I couldn't capture him."

Kong: "Shiki is a considerable threat due to his Devil Fruit powers, which allow him to control and fly any object he touches. His mobility makes him a hard target."

Garp: "I've also encountered a guy named Roger, who's incredibly strong. At least on par with Whitebeard, and his swordsmanship is as good as my brother's."

Kong: "I've been keeping tabs on Gol D. Roger as well. His Vice-Captain and Navigator are also as formidable as he is. Although they don't kill innocents like Rocks, they are still a serious threat and must be monitored closely."

Gojo: "I think we should increase the bounties on these pirates. It may attract the attention of bounty hunters around the world. While they won't necessarily stop them, it could weaken them over time."

Kong: "That's an excellent suggestion, Gojo. But how much should we increase their bounties?"

---

The Final Decision

After some discussion, we agreed on the following bounties to place on the most dangerous pirates:

Gol D. Roger: 1.5 Billion Berries

Whitebeard: 1.4 Billion Berries

Golden Lion Shiki: 1.3 Billion Berries

Silver Rayleigh: 1.2 Billion Berries

Copper Gaban: 1.15 Billion Berries

This would send a clear message to the world. The Rocks Pirates, and their allies, would now have targets on their heads, and the entire Navy was ordered to pursue them with everything we had.

The increased bounties would not only attract bounty hunters but also weaken these powerful pirates by forcing them into more dangerous situations. We would hold nothing back in our mission to eliminate these threats once and for all.
