"No worries, Baby~ everyone stumbles for me."
With an air of arrogance, he strutted forward, striking poses with each step.
Indrah couldn't help but raise an eyebrow at the unexpected response.
As both of them were about to part ways, Indrah flinched, seeing the symbol behind the hoodie the man was wearing.
'Wolhaiksong'
"Is everything okay, Indrah?" Shibisu questioned, noticing his strange behavior.
Indrah completely halted his steps, ignoring Shibisu's question. He activated the Rinnegan to see if it's the real deal. But his eyes narrowed slightly, noticing he couldn't see through him. This is the first time since his climb from the 3rd Floor that he can't see through someone.
Immediately, without a second thought, he used psychometry on the man's hoodie. Even the Blue Hole from the 10th Floor couldn't escape his Rinnegan. What's more, a random dude on the street. There are only certain existences that he couldn't see through at his current level, but he didn't want to believe they would be in this part of the Tower, where Shinsu concentration is low.
However, to his dismay, even the psychometry failed him. Not to mention the weirdo paused in his steps.
Whoosh!
"Shibisu, enter the portal," Indrah met the blood-red gaze hidden behind the hoodie of the man fearlessly as he looked in his direction. Shibisu entered the portal without questioning him. This isn't the first time Indrah asked him to leave suddenly, but every time it happened, they would be the headlines on the Floor they stayed.
"How intriguing."
"It's the Urek Mazino! Although I don't want to believe it, there is no reason for me to deny it."
Indrah spoke with a slight smile after Shibisu left the place.
"Tell me, Kid, how did you figure me out, even with my disguise?" Urek asked curiously, turning to face Indrah.
"If wearing a hoodie with that pattern covering your entire back qualifies as a disguise, I'm not sure how you walk around normally," Indrah retorted, suppressing a smile.
"No, that's not what I meant. This," Urek replied with a chuckle as he removed his hood, revealing a silver crown atop his head.
"Ah, something to conceal your powers, I assume? It must be a remarkable artifact. As for how I discovered you, allow me to introduce myself…"
"I'm Indrah Otsutsuki, the Last Irregular to enter the Tower," Indrah said with a gentlemanly bow.
Urek stood there momentarily, his surprise evident. He had never expected that a leisurely stroll in the market would lead him to one of his kind. Nevertheless, his excitement shone through his eyes.
"I heard of you little bro! I even thought of coming down to see you. But, a kind lady suddenly requested my help and I can't refuse ladies." Urek folded his arms and replied like an elder, while thinking about how that kind lady 'requested':
'Hey you, aren't you just harassing girls with nothing to do… go and pick up the Zigena for me.'
"As expected of my idol. Big bro… if you don't mind, could you teach me how to pick up girls?" Indrah asked shamelessly while rubbing his hands.
"Hahaha, no worries, little bro. I'm an expert at that," Urek replied with a hearty laugh.
"Is that kind lady who requested your help maybe a Princess of Jahad?" Indrah inquired.
"Hahaha…yeah l-little bro… anyway, why don't we go somewhere else? I can feel the Administrator's gaze around here," Urek laughed nervously while changing the topic.
"Yeah, big bro, enter this portal." Indrah didn't find anything strange as even he could feel the Administrator's gaze.
ZAP!
…
In a part of the vast sea of clouds on the 21st Floor, towering pillars stretched into the sky, crowned with lamps in the shape of Zigena flowers, casting an ethereal glow upon the surroundings. Amidst this breathtaking landscape, a colossal Mothership shaped like a Zigena flower, with flames dancing in certain places, floated majestically, embodying the essence of the Yeon Family's legacy.
Inside the Main Hall of the Yeon's Mothership,
A woman with striking black hair, bright pink eyes, and a sleeveless gown in a shade of dirty pink reclined on a throne that seemed to have been crafted from the petals of a flower.
Yeon Yirang, the Family Head of the Yeon Family and the most beautiful among the Great Warriors, an Irregular.
She gazed out of the towering windows, her eyes reflecting the endless expanse of the 21st Floor. As she lost herself in thought, the Main Hall's doors swung open, and in walked her family member and trusted confidant, Yeon Ilarde.
Ilarde, who bore a striking resemblance to Yirang, approached with a glint of intrigue in her eyes.
Yirang raised an eyebrow, "Ilarde, you seem to have something to say. What's going on?"
Ilarde sighed, "Master, you won't believe it. That new Irregular entered our Floor as I predicted. But the unexpected thing is, when I was observing him from our Lighthouse, I saw 'That Pig' roaming the streets."
Yirang's eyes sparkled with amusement, "Urek and Indrah, together? That's a unique combination. What are those two troublemakers up to now?"
"I don't know about 'That Pig,' but if that kid plans to challenge me… I'll show him the difference between me and the Rulers of other Floors. He's going to regret it!" Ilarde scoffed.
Yirang's laughter rang out, "Don't underestimate him. In the end, he is an Irregular."
"By the way, isn't it usually the time when you select a partner to have a child? Have you considered that new boy?" Yirang asked.
Ilarde hesitated and replied, "I want to see if he's decent enough to consider that. If he's anything like Urek, I'd rather die than marry him."
"Hahaha," Yirang laughed, but beneath her smile, a hint of loneliness and sorrow lingered.
Ilarde turned to leave the hall, stating, "Master, an Irregular is free from the Contract you made with the Administrator."
Hana's smile faded as she watched Ilarde's departure, and she muttered quietly, "It's not that I can't… I don't want to, Ilarde."
…
Back on the Shore, Indrah, Urek, and the team laid on the deckchairs while discussing something.
"So, you are here for some flower, is that right, Big bro?" Indrah inquired, enjoying the pleasant atmosphere.
"Of course, baby. I was just waiting for that crazy woman to leave this Floor," Urek replied, sipping his coconut water.
"You mean the Family Head of Yeon?"
"Yes, little bro. You must have felt that enormous presence on this Floor. By the way, do you plan to challenge the Ruler of this Floor as you did on the previous Floors?" Urek inquired.
"Of course. I don't want the fools above to think I'm weak just because I'm new to the Tower," Indrah declared.
"In that case, it's time for your first mission, little bro!" Urek exclaimed with a mischievous grin.
