However, as of now, no other technological civilization in the Western Universe can refer to this "Witch Technology" as the controllers of Primordial Magic Power are really just the witches themselves. Other technological civilizations are mostly still using Third Level or even Fourth Level Degraded Magic Power. There are not many technological races like the Moon Rabbits who can use Second Level Degraded Magic Power.
But even the Moon Rabbits find it difficult to reference Witch Magic; after all, the energy sources of the two are not compatible. You have a steam-powered difference engine, and I have an electrically operated computer; the operating principles of both are different, making it hard to copy each other's homework.
