According to the very few witnesses, it seemed to be the work of a group of young girls who could use magic. Someone had been drinking one night and on his way home past midnight, he saw five little girls entering the territory of those gangs. The next day, that gang was gone.
A few of the surviving gang members, filled with fear, claimed that they were not just any girls but witches possessed by the Devil, monstrous creatures...
Those poor survivors mostly seemed to have lost their minds out of fear, babbling about talking goats, creatures that were half-goat, half-cat, half-horse girls, and all sorts of nonsensical things.
