Ken tell some of this clones/Support Team to help with the injured and seriously wounded, Death Doctor, Wild Tiger, Intimidating Police Officer, and Wild Bunny are going to help people because they have medical experience from the job.
The four will pretend that they are getting a call from their boss Crocodile that they need to help the injured and seriously wounded, they run towards ruined buildings because people could still be in there. Garou was thinking that The Hero Association has brought a team of Heroes to fight him, it looks like the bald hero is the leader of this group.
Garou will ask Saitama's question of what he's supposed to be, he is Garou the Monster, the one that is going to be the obsolete evil. Some of the heroes especially Saitama would say that he killed a monster that could have killed a bunch of people, but he just kill it and saved a bunch of people.
Garou says that he killed Sage Centipede As a way of showing his strength because he was The strongest In the battlefield. Saitama thinks that Garou Is just playing Monster, Saitama tells Garou to not overdo it with the monster cosplay. Saitama was going to leave, he took Garou that he has to find everything in this ruins and he feels like obliterating the planet right now.
The look that Saitama gave to everyone behind him that scared everyone even Ken because he's connected to his clones and he can feel the intense pressure that's coming from Saitama.
Everyone's joints were locked because of Saitama's intense pressure, Saitama was leaving, but Garou suddenly attack Saitama because Saitama is underestimating him. Saitama gave him a good classic punch that made Garou remember Saitama, the overwhelming power that he could never beat at that time.
Death Doctor, Wild Tiger, Intimidating Police Officer, and Wild Bunny are collecting civilians from the ruins of the cities, they all have rescued about 10,000 people and healed them. Ken bought a bunch of medical supplies from the system so no one doesn't die because of bleeding or of the pain. However, this cost a bunch of points because some of the injuries of the civilians were critical, Ken had to buy expensive healing items from the system. Ken had 500 billion points in his system, but with the medical spending he has 250 billion points left, it cost a lot of points. However, you can name a price on a life, Ken doesn't really think himself as a hero much does he never thinks of himself like that, but if he sees anyone really hurt he will heal them even if it's going to cost a lot.
They got all of the civilians to The Hero Association to be more taken care of because they have to go back to see if they missed anyone or at least find their bodies to be buried. When they were searching for more people, they can see Saitama and Garou fighting. The Support Team is catching up to the fight, but they are trying to destroy flying debris that could go anywhere and kill anyone if they're unlucky.
Garou was trying to use the same move that killed Sage Centipede on Saitama, However, fighting spirit blocked the attack of Garou with his indestructible forehead. Fighting Spirit use his leg to stand his ground and push back Garou with a headbutt.
Garou try to block the headbutt with Bang's martial art style, but Fighting Spirit strength was too much that it broke one of his hands off. Garou's attack have left a faded imprint of his hand on Fighting Spirit's forehead, but he is just smiling because he's liking the fight that's going to happen.
Garou however, he can regenerate his arm back and doesn't feel any pain from it. Garou tries to attack both of them with Bang and Bomb's martial arts style on Saitama and Fighting Spirit, but with their combined punches, They had launched Garou a couple of miles away.
Garou was thinking what's up with the two heroes because their strength feels oddly similar, but Fighting Spirit's strength is more controlled than Saitama, Fighting Spirit also has a martial art style that is very reckless like him. Garou's body was mutating and evolving to look more monster-like, he is getting stronger as time goes.
Garou landed close to where the other Heroes were trying to escape the situation, Tareo runs to see his uncle and was scare of the sudden mutation. Garou guess that his body mutated because of his negative mmotions like rage probably fueling the mutation.
Tareo is scared, but he is happy that he can see his uncle(Garou) well and alive. Tareo calls him a hero, but Garou says that stop calling him a hero, what part does Tareo see as a hero. Tareo says that he is a hero to him because he has saved him a multiple times from danger, Tareo wants Garou to stop pretending to be a monster because he doesn't want Garou To be hurt or killed.
Garou hates that Tareo Is making a face, Garou wants to show Tareo a moment where the monster wins this time. Saitama and Fighting Spirit are walking towards Garou, Saitama is this thing all of the bad deeds he has done and tells him he should probably grow up. Fighting Spirit doesn't care about Garou growing up, he just wants a good fight and put his own in it. However, a part of him as a hero wants Garou to see the flaws in his plan on being the absolute evil.
Garou was going to fight Saitama and Fighting Spirit, but Tareo is trying to stop Garou from doing this, However, Saitama and Fighting Spirit dare Garou to try and hit them. The two heroes called Garou a chicken and this ticked off Garou. Garou punches the two heroes with punches that can probably kill A-above class heroes, but his punches do nothing to him.
Saitama punched Garou away, Saitama asked Tareo if he don't want Garou to be killed,Tareo nods at the question. Saitama and Fighting Spirit promised to not kill Garou. They walked towards where Garou is with a gentle, but with a goofy smile and told the kid that they got this in the bag.
