Garou is ultimately frustrated with both Saitama and Fighting Spirit because whatever he does, whatever technique or power he uses, both are unscathed and don't show much emotion when he attacks them.
Garou is giving both of them a barrages of punches that will keep them off the ground so he can use a very strong attack that will increase with the height that they are at. However, Saitama and Fighting Spirit are easily dodging his attack like his attack are just slow for them and are just as readable as if he has no techniques.
Saitama and Fighting Spirit deflect the barrages of punches to different sides and Garou Is more surprised that he is being treated like a toddler that is trying to hit their parent, but the attacks are weak and the two heroes are really not trying to hurt him.
Garou is pissed that Saitama and Fighting Spirit are or stopping him from dealing humanity the pain that they cause to him, he is remembering about the people that he saved in the collapse building and thanking him, he is thinking that if his goal was that easy to accomplish, then he is pathetic.
Garou was so pissed that he grow two more pairs of arms, all four arms are glowing with power and anger. He launched himself towards the two heroes with a powerful attack named EXTREME FA JIN, Garou smack the two together with a powerful stud and smash them into a mountain.
He is extremely tired of the two mocking his martial arts skills with their teasing and call me cool as it was just a site to behold. As they touch the ground, the three of them had gone through the the mountain, the rocks were getting more tougher, but Garou power was so much that he was going towards the crust of the Earth.

Saitama use CONSECUTIVE NORMAL PUNCHES and Fighting Spirit use HEADBUTT BARRAGE, both of the attacks were so powerful that Garou was launched out of the hole that he made to the crust and made it bigger because of Saitama and Fighting Spirit combo attack.
Garou was trying attack back, but Anything he tried doesn't work on them. He tried Speed, Power, Technique, Creativity, attacking, Garou is using all his skills that he has develop over the years and he can't get close to the two heroes power levels.
Garou was thinking back about what Sage Centipede said when he was fighting with him, the fist that went against God, and he thought that it was him that that monster was talking about. Now he can see that any of the two Heroes that he has in front of him can be be that fist that went against God, but especially Saitama because Garou had a feeling that Saitama is more powerful than Fighting Spirit.
Fighting Spirit headbutted Garou So hard that he was launched to a near Island on its shallow shores. Garou is questioning on what the two heroes are, the two Heroes the definition of unfairness, Garou starts to remember of his old bullies that forced him to play heroes and monsters and he was always the monster.
Garou was going to hit the heroes again, but This time Saitama hit him very hard that he was a few meters off the ground. Saitama's punch was so hard that it destroyed Garou's monsterifcation and now he is human, he is thinking that he has lost to two heroes that define unfairness and how far he has gotten.
When Garou was at his lowest, God is going to Garou by using the clouds as portals for his legs to come out and go to Garou, but God's legs are invisible to everyone and it only looks like a weird storm is happening or something unscientific is happening.
God is talking to Garou to offer him power to kill Saitama and Fighting Spirit, Garou is confused on who is talking to him and Garou can see Bang with shadows covering his face as if he is not Bang at all. Garou almost agreeing the offer can see God in his true form, God looks like a large pieces of cells are in a humanoid shape that are covered in flesh and veins.
When Garou had finally came down to the ground and this sky went dark, Garou was entirely pledge black and the two Heroes didn't believe what they're seeing. The two Heroes rub their eyes and squint at Garou to confirm of what they are seeing.
Garou reverts into a physique more similar to that of his original monsterization form, but with featureless void filled with stars, galaxies and nebulas over his body as it is surrounded by a dark bluish aura.
The two heroes question what happened to him and his body because both has never seen this transformation that made anyone look like they're made of galaxies. Garou is talking about that he is the fist of God that will counter the fists that went against God, Saitama is thinking that he sounds like he's talking in the bathroom or something.
Garou is in his new form called AWAKENED GAROU COSMIC MODE, Ken is worried about Garou's new power because his system is giving Garou a Potential Threat of Universe Multiverse Level threat.
Ken will use half his points to increase his stats equally and use his remaining points to buy from the System shop the multiversal level adaptation that his body can now adapt to anything and possibly immune to everything, but the downside is that it puts in extreme strain on his body and soul because he's inserting multiple changes to his body and soul that could kill him or change him as a person.
