Thanks to the slight elevation, Uriel was now able to see the full scene in front of him. There he saw what seemed to be thousands of cryptids engaged in a chaotic fray against each other, with only a few humans stranded in the midst of the fight. Some were injured, others looked confused and walked aimlessly in the battlefield while others lent their support to chitinous creatures and oddly shaped therianthropes.
At a distance, he glimpsed a group of people wearing what he recognized as the same kind of hat his crew wore as a symbol. They too were participating on the skirmish, only they weren't actively hunting for enemies and simply stood their ground to anything that came too close.
Without paying any mind to the fearsome creatures fighting each other, Uriel managed to slide past them without so much as a scratch on him. The strange thing was that he noticed how some of the cryptids didn't even react to his presence, while others attempted futilely to catch him on the way.
