"Of course! That's what I've been saying! How much do you make in a year? I'll triple that, just tell me your name and I'll make it a realityas soon as you take me to a proper hospital." David shouted and the man turned from the driver's seat just to give David a pitying look.
"My name is Charon and I only make two coins per trip, but I'm afraid you cannot afford to triple that." Charon said before stepping out of the vehicle, leaving David to shout his lungs out strapped in the black ambulance.
For some reason Charon could not understand in that moment, it was impossible for him to exit the Megacity of New Texas hence stopping him from doing his job and that was a problem not just for him, but to all souls in existence which left him with no choice but to phone his boss or the god's equivalent at least.
