Wang Jiayi was originally crowding around to look at the photos. When Gu Lanshan left, she glanced at her retreating figure but noticed a photo on the floor. Picking it up with suspicion, she saw several lines of shallow handwriting on the back, delicate and clearly penned by a female hand.

"You are my fortress."
"And I, will I be the distant lights within that fortress?"
Wang Jiayi frowned, turned the photo over, and saw it was a group picture taken at an amusement park, where Han Chengchi and Gu Lanshan were riding a roller coaster, sitting shoulder to shoulder. Han Chengchi was laughing confidently, and Gu Lanshan was beaming brightly.
Wang Jiayi looked up, observing the other four people who were ceaselessly discussing around the album. She then looked at the photo in her hand, her eyes subtly shifting before she silently slipped the photo into her handbag...
