It's not all that different from real life, really. If you're born into a powerful race, if your lineage is top-tier, then once you become a Hero, you're practically destined to be a force to be reckoned with.
Take Cicero and Seraphina, for example—both are 13-Tier Legendary Units from the Green Dragon race.
They started the game already at the Crimson Ultimate Hero level. That's their baseline. You can't even argue with that kind of head start.
