Chapter 21 - F class students' decision

Aisha recalled the hatred they had received on the Internet.

Not only did the students target their class and set it on fire. They also spread rumors that the F students were worthless, greedy and thieves. This caused the newly established training academies to look down on Oasis.

And because of that the dean put all the blame on them. He said they were ruining the school's reputation and that they should keep a low profile. The teachers stated that they should not take part in the two upcoming competitions, which were to be held a month later.

"Well, they didn't even have to ban us from taking part in the competition. We weren't going to participate anyway".

They received all kinds of nasty comments online. They were known as scum not only in the school but also in the other kingdoms and countries.

At that time, they felt like the whole world hated them. It was as if the other classes weren't satisfied with just bullying and shaming them. They also had to let the whole world hating on them too.

Aisha felt her hatred and resentment rise again as she looked back on it all.

"For me, the fire is nothing in comparison to the backlash we received from the kingdoms." Yui said.

"SS class, Nine class, Neon class, Phoenix class and A class, I will make them pay for everything they have done to us," Shion clenched her fists tightly. They are all cruel, especially Neon Class, Trinity, Ye and that heartless Laria from SS Class. I hate them all so much!"

On top of that, they couldn't leave Oasis because they had been blacklisted by all the other cultivation academies.

The process of being blacklisted was a standard system used by the higher institutes or academies. Once a top academy blacklisted a student, the others would follow suit.

For a school to blacklist its own students and keep them in the shadows was a big deal.

And so, none of them could leave Oasis even if they wanted to, because no other academy would accept them.

"Guys"

"Do you think that if we were to ask Aella, she would teach us how to cultivate and how to fight?' Yui asked shyly. "I know Kathleen, Kye and Nian don't need anyone to show them how to fight. But me and the other.....a-at least the basics."

All of them turned their eyes to Yui.

"What do you mean, we don't need anyone to teach us?" Kye lifted an eyebrow.

"We're also in need of her help. We only have self-defense skills," Nian explained.

"And we have to learn how to cultivate as well, since none of us knows how to use mana". Kathleen shut down her computer, leaned back in the chair and crossed her leg.

"That's true." Yui reflected

Ever since they saw the video, they all had the same thought: If Aella could at least teach them the most basic aspects of mana cultivation, they would be happy.

But on the other hand, they were afraid of being a nuisance.

After a long period of silence, Adam finally said

"I don't know about you, but I will even ask her to guide me, or even better, I will ask her to be my teacher".

He wasn't sure if Aella would agree, but there's no harm in asking.

"I-I" Junior looked at everyone in the room, "even if I have to beg her, I'll do it, I'm tired of everyone bullying us, humiliating us and looking at us with contempt and disgust, I want to be strong".

Aisha sniffled a little as she remembered the past, they had endured so much in Oasis "Me too, I want to be strong, and you guys too, right?" she looked at Sara, Nara and the rest

They all looked at each other, and after a long silence

"Yes" they answered in unison.

"Let's ask her then," said François.

They all nodded, full of hope and enthusiasm.

They had wanted to level up for a long time. But due to their difficulties every time they tried to cultive mana, the Dean got tired and abandoned them.

If they could have at least some swords, spears, healing pills, or a mana cultivation guide so that they had some idea of which step to start with, they would have been happy.

Unfortunately, the reality of their situation hit them hard in the face.

"Not only did the dean abandon us and leave us with nothing, but he also forgot about us," Nian said, irritated and disappointed.

"If it hadn't been for that kind guard who would give us food, we would've starved to death long ago," Nara remembered.

"Though Mr Esen lied. He and Tony always say that it was the school that sent us the food. When in reality it was him and teacher who were the ones who feeding us the whole time," Sara answered.

Kye leaned against the wall and said, "Let's stop talking about this and go back to the dorm," as he felt torn about the miserable state of the class.

" Remember we have to cook for Aella's welcome home party".

"Oh, let's go".

They left the room and went ahead to let Professor Tony about the homecoming celebration.

"Aella said she would take care of the supplies for tonight's meal. But how and where is she going to find them?" Adam said vaguely as he crossed his arms behind his head on the way out.

"Now that you mention it, is it true... don't tell me that she's going all the way back to Sion to buy them?" Kathleen asked.

I doubt it,' Nian replied. After talking to Tony. They went back to their classroom looking for Aella. When they reached the classroom, they realized that she still hadn't returned, so they grabbed their things and left.

"I think she already left. Let's go, we have a lot to do"
