After hanging up the phone, Ye Fei quickened his pace. Since his office was on the second floor, he didn't bother with the elevator and instead bolted for the stairs. But just as he rounded the corner, he collided head-on with someone.
"Wow!" Ye Fei thought to himself, the sensation of two soft, massive mounds pressing against his chest was incredibly pleasant. The person he'd bumped into let out a soft cry and stumbled backward.
Ye Fei quickly realized he'd run into none other than Ye Xuan, who had just returned from handling some business. He quickly reached out to steady her, pulling her into his arms.
"Ye Xuan, I'm so sorry! I wasn't paying attention. Did I hurt you? Let me help you with that," he said, his hands instinctively moving to her chest to gently massage her.
Ye Xuan, initially annoyed by the sudden collision, instantly forgot her irritation when she realized it was Ye Fei who had caught her. Her anger melted away, replaced by a warm, fuzzy feeling of happiness.
