Sid went to his room. Unknowing to him, 4 people has watched him taking care of Karan.
They were Faizi, Sanju, Monami and Mrs Batra.
(Yes..So those who have guessed these 4 are absolutely correct)
Monami was looking for Sid after her class got over.
Mrs Batra has come to inform about the welcome party which was postponed due to other works and now has been planned a day after tomorrow. But now just informed Faizi and Sanju and left.
Sanju and Faizi have come to check on Karan.
In Sid's Room:
Monami:Hey Sid
Sid: Hey Monu. Teri class kaisi thi?
Monami: Thik hi thi. Tu bata. Tune kya kiya itni der.
She has asked this question purposefully as she has already saw 6 empty cups of tea in Sid's cabin. She knew that something is bothering his best buddy. She just wanted to help him.
Sid: Maine lunch kiya aur phir yaha rest kar raha tha
Monu: Oh.. To Tune lunch kar liya..Kya khaya?
Sid: Kya..Kya khaya matlab? Jo bana tha bro wohi khaunga na (Avoiding looking into her eyes)
Monami: Sid, We are best buddies. Woh bhi bachpan se..Tujhe kya lagta hain main nahi janti hoon ki tune lunch nahi kiya hain
Sid was looking at her surprisingly.
Monami: Maine dekhe the 6 empty tea cups tere cabin me. Ab sach sach bata ki kya baat hain
Sid did not say anything. He just turn other side. His eyes were moist.
Monami: Sid..Sid..(Now turning him to face her) Kya baat hain?
Sid looked into her eyes.
Monami: Sid.. Teri aankho me aansu!!
She just hugged him tightly and said: Sid.. Kya hua? Tere Bhaiyu ke bare me kuchh pata chala kya?
Sid(while breaking th hug): Nahi..lekin..
Monami: Lekin kya Sid..?
Sid: Uski eyes...Uski eyes bilkul bhaiyu ke jaisi hain Monu. Jab se use dekha hain.. Main chen se nahi reh pa raha hoon..
Monami: Sid.. Aise ..wait? Uski eyes? Kiski eyes? Whom are you talking about Sid?
Sid did not say anything. Monami thought for sometime and the she said.
Monami: Karan?
Sid just nodded in yes.
Monami: Oh..Tabhi main sochu k Sid G, jisko wo moogambo bilkul pasand nahi hain woh uski itni care kyu kar raha tha
Sid: Care? Whose care? Maine kisi ki care nahi ki....
Monami: Oh Shut up Sid.. Dekha tha Maine tujhe Karan ke room me uska dhyan rakhte hue.
Sid: To kya karta main Monu haan? Pata nahi kyu baar baar uska hi khayal aata hain. Jab bhi bhaiyu ke bare me sochta hoon ab uss Moogambo ka chehra aankho ke samne aa jata hain. Aur isi liye jab tune bataya that..that he was not well.. Main khud ko rok nahi paya
Monami: I know Sid..and I totally understand..Relax..
Sid: I am trying Monu..trying to relax but I need to do something now.. I need to find out about bhaiyu and his family. At least unke ek baar records mil jate to jo news 20 years pehle mili thi uska bhi confirmation mil jata..Aise roz roz apni hope ko tutate hue nahi dekh sakta main
Monami: I understand Sid.. But abhi tune join kiye hue ek hafta bhi nahi hua hain.. You are on probation right now. Jab tak tu yaha ka proper employee nahi ban jata tujhe Database access nahi milega and you know that.
Sid: Wahi to..Ab mujhe at least ek mahina yahi altu faltu kaam karne padenge
Monami: Waise ek good news hain..Parso welcome party hain..
Sid: What? Party? seriously..(Asked happily)
Monami: Haan..Batra mam ne bataya and main baat yeh hain ki party woh khud plan karne wali hain..
Sid: Wow..Maza ayega
Monami: Haan..Woh to hain.. Ab chal .Tu yeh medicine le warna phir pet me dard hoga tujhe
Sid: Monu..Please(while making faces)
Monami: Main kuchh nahi sunne vali. Tu janta haina ki tujhe Tea itni suit nahi karti phir bhi tune woh pi. Uper se 6 cups. Now take this medicine right now..
Sid: Okay.. Okay..chill..le raha hoon
Sid took the medicine and Monami asked him to rest and left for her room.
In the evening
Monami was walking in garden when she bumped into a hard chest and of course he was our Karan.
Karan: Raani Sahiba..Dheere..
Monami: Haan.. Karan..tum?
Karan: chalte Chalte baat kare?
Monami nodded and again said: Karan tum yaha?
Karan: Kyu? Main Garden main nahi aa sakta?(while raising his eyebrows)
Monami: Nahi..Woh actually you were not well na..isi liye. Mujhe laga tum rest kar rahe honge
Karan: Haan but I am absolutely fine now.
And indeed he was looking fresh. Seeing him like this, Monami was also happy but 50% as Sid was also having health issues. She can be 100% happy when her best buddy also tells her that he is fine now. Thinking about Sid, her face became slightly worried and it was not unnoticed by Karan.
Karan: Kya hua Raani Sahiba? Aap kuchh tensed lag rahi hain
Monami: Haan.Woh..Nahi..Kuchh nahi
Karan: Ab bata bhi dijiye.. you know that you cannot lie to me right
Monami knew that he was right. She was never able to lie to him till now at any cost.
Monami: Woh actually..Sid ke bare me soch rahi thi.
Karan: Kyu?
Monami: Woh the thing is use tea itni suit nahi karti aur aaj usne 6 cups tea pi hain. Aur woh aisa tabhi karta hain jab woh bahut disturbed hota hain..
Karan was shocked to hear this. And why not..This Sid was not leaving him alone..First his smile which was just like his chhotu and now this tea problem.. His chhotu always used to get stomach ache whenever he drank tea in the childhood. But now after hearing this..He was quite more worried for Sid than being irritated or angry on him. Monami was observing his expressions. She could sense that though Karan was quite tensed about Sid after what she said. They both were inside the academy now. They did not realize when they came inside while walking and talking.
Just then Monami's leg got twisted and she was about to fall but two strong hands held her both hands and she was saved.
(Now guess..whose hands held monami's hands?)
Guess...
Okay now not creating more suspense..
Monami has closed her eyes in fear of falling. He slowly opened her eyes and she heared two voices Monami/Monu
Yes..They were Karan and Sid. Both have held one of the hands of Monami from their own side. Karan has held her right hand and Sid has held her left hand.
Monami looked at them both and said: Thanks Karan and Sid. Aap dono ne bacha liya warna fracture to pakka ho jata
Karan and Sid togather: Dekhar nahi chalogi to pakka hoga
They looked at each other and Monami looked at them both with smile on her face.
Monami: Okay baba..I'll keep this in mind and age se dhyan rakhongi..Pakka..
Karan and Sid nodded in Yes. They both did not want to face each other now so turn around on their own side and take few steps but then suddenly stops after remembering that the other person was not well. They both turn around and faced each other.
Karan and Sid Togather to each other: Take Care
Hearing this from each other was giving a unique calmness, peace, happiness and strength to both of them and they both just nodded and left.
Monami has seen all this and was very happy seeing them like this. Two people who does not go along from their first meet, who does not like each other, who were constantly trying to avoid each other as much as possible does care for each other. May there was something which was not allowing them to leave each other. And with that thought, she also left for her room
