"Well...? Aren't you going to introduce yourselves?" Arthur would ask, his snide smile still present, the salt being weaponized once more. Adel would try to cover for the Demon, taking a deep breath, staring down at the mass being left, wondering how so much salt was hidden within his cape.
He chose not to bother with such schematics and spoke up. "Adel Serpens. This IS the place where I plan to get married, and I'd rather not want violent guests to try and invade it. You're better off settling this dispute outside-"
Arthur was quick on interrupting him, wagging his finger while "tsk-tsking" at his demands. "Unfortunately, That can't happen." He'd begin, keeping a close eye on Zazel, his gaze locked on, waiting for a single inch of movement so he can retaliate. "...His death is still marked on his hands. If i were to have this happen outside, he can just as easily escape and evade my sentence. No, no, no, He HAS to die here. It's also a rather fitting demise, too: Dying within the sacred house of our Lord and Savior, ensuring his destructive aura is wiped from existence, his soul back into the lakes of hellfire, a tomb guarded by his greatest warriors of Old and New. It's just perfect! A perfect burial ground to make sure he never awakens again! Thus....why I'm here." The two boys were clearly angered at such a statement, Zazel especially. He'd clench his fist as he'd try to get himself up, yet because of the damages, he was forced to stay down, laying on the ground, trying to recuperate from his loss of blood.
Adel recognized that if he doesn't do anything, Zazel would most definitely die in an instant. He would take a deep breath as he'd make a gamble. "Hold on a second. You still have me to go through. Don't be rushing this stuff so quickly now." He'd state, much to the Demon's shock. He'd weakly raise his head as he heard the man say such words, seeing him stand firm against the Bounty Hunter.
"Pssh, You? Seriously? You wish to ally yourself with the blasphemous child? Please, just step aside for me." Arthur would request, yet such a request fell on deaf ears as Adel approached him and tried to land a quick hook onto him, prompting the Hunter to push back, stunned as to why he would do such a thing, before seeing his eyes be burning with such determination. "Seems like you are....Tch. To think you'd fall victim for his temptation. You have made a grave error-"
"-And what? I made a Grave error, so what are you going to do?" Adel interrupts, his body in a boxing stance, his feet dancing with the floor, his steps quick enough to move him up and down in such a rhythmic pattern. A maneuver most boxers take to steady one's momentum and mobility before approaching someone and sending an attack, the momentum being used to push such an attack further.
Arthur can't help but scoff at such a remark. "You're really asking for death upon my hands, huh? Fine, Fine. I'll indulge in your little suicide." He'd get himself within a stance as well, though both the Demon and Adel knew he was being haphazardly. He was bored. He didn't even gave much of a glance towards Adel, merely approaching him with his hand up. The Snake Sorcerer decided to deliver the first attack, quickly closing in on him and trying to deliver a quick hook. Arthur, in response, not only just swatted the hand away, spinning it and clutching it in a position where he cannot move it well enough, it allows him to deliver a palm strike directly into Adel's mouth, pushing the jaw back slightly so that he can follow it up with a high kick, dropping him into the ground almost instantly. Zazel would be left stunned at how he was downed so quickly, his face still horrified as he'd watch the hunter peer towards him. "And there we go. He killed himself by my own hand. Let's see you follow up-"
BAM!!! KRACC!!!
A hook. One in which he didn't anticipate. Arthur's eyes flickered straight at the source, watching Adel rise straight back up despite his jaw being damaged, following it with a gut punch that reeled the Hunter back, forcing him to back away a bit and spit out some blood that built in his mouth. Despite the heavy breath and the shock of it, he was quick in shaking his head back to normal and staring down at the Snake Sorcerer. "Well now....I was not familiar with you, Mr. Adel. I'm impressed! Should've taken you a bit more seriously, huh?" He'd praise, having the salt quickly move over to bind onto his face, patching the wounds and sealing them slowly, the body being purified as a result, letting such injuries disappear once they made contact. "However....I do wish to lay a few notes regarding my magic. I don't want you to be caught off guard by an underhanded tactic like how the devil's soldiers do with their bile they call words."
"I'm all ears." Adel would prepare his hands once more, his blood now changing into a venomous green, his body properly gaining scales, his hair extending a bit further, his hands now claws with hook-like fingernails, clipping them down so that he doesn't injure himself in the process.
Arthur, meanwhile, would set up some salt on his hand, licked it, and threw it up into the air, before clapping his hands, having one of his legs raised and slam straight down, acting like a Sumo Wrestler. "My Salt Magic can be reached by anywhere, be it from within my body to outside the chapel. You can consider it having a mind of its own, one that wishes to cleanse evil just as much as I. You will need to be prepared for ANYTHING to arrive if you face it. I believe with this, you should be on equal footing as me. You don't even need to tell me how your magic works. I'll learn it in this fight to see if it is exceptional or not, and whether or not I should feel pity for your soul that you took the devil's words to heart in the process." His elaboration would be finished as he got closer to the Snake Sorcerer, their eyes locked together, their stances firm and their body prepared.
Zazel merely tries to give hope that Adel at least wears him down enough to let him see the full extent of his Style.
