Cecelia Anderson talked incessantly, but the more Bella Scott listened, the more she wanted to laugh.
Didn't she understand what kind of person Edward Anderson was? If he didn't want her to marry Snow Collins, he wouldn't have gone abroad right before her wedding to Snow.
She and Snow Collins were getting married this month, and Edward Anderson said he would not return until half a month later.
By the time Edward returned, she and Snow would already be married, right?
Time just wouldn't allow it.

"He said he'll be back in half a month, and around that time, I'll be marrying Snow. So, don't impose your thoughts on him." Bella couldn't help but laugh.
As long as Edward was okay, other things didn't matter so much.
