Lucas Hutt was at a loss for words. Not too long ago, Tina Hernandez had been arguing with him, but now, somehow it seemed like he was the only one at fault.
Having finished breakfast, Linda Stuart stood up and said, "Lucas, come to the study later. I need to talk to you."
As he watched Linda walk away, Lucas suddenly lost his appetite.
He put down his dishes and followed her.
Seeing this, Tina wanted to follow them but was stopped by Bella Scott: "Don't go, let Mom talk to him."
"But..." Tina scratched her head.
"Listen to me," Bella said coldly.
In the end, Tina didn't follow them.
When Lucas entered the study, he saw Linda sitting sternly at her desk, quite imposing.
"I regret it now. Find some time and divorce Tina. I'll think of a way to repay the debt we owe the Hutts." Linda went straight to the point, not wasting words.
It was her fault. She shouldn't have pushed Tina into this profitable marriage deal.
