It wasn't long before Bell Collins received a text message from Edward Anderson, which contained only one sentence: "Confirm my identity by tomorrow!"
This commanding tone was quite reminiscent of a domineering CEO.
Bell laughed softly, shook her head, and drove away.
By the next day, Edward Anderson's ID and household registration were all settled. It was Edward Anderson's name and ID number, re-registered. In other words, Edward Anderson now had an identity. He was Edward Anderson!
Early in the morning, Bell ran to Edward Anderson to present her findings, and he seemed quite pleased.
He kissed the ID card a few times and said with a smile, "I'm going to the Cherden Hotel!"
"What are you going to do there?" Bell was confused.
"Just take a walk in my own hotel, what else?" Edward Anderson said as he brought the ID with him.
She blocked his way: "But the hotel isn't yours right now!"
After all, he wasn't the real Edward Anderson, right?
