The Blue man sighed. He spoke softly, "I will tell and make things clear to you as well as I can."
He continued, "Let me start then."
He then gazed at Amden and questioned, "Tell me what do you understand about souls?"
Amden frowned at the question. He didn't replied immediately and pondered for few minutes. He then answered in an uncertain manner as if asking the Blue man to confirm his thoughts, "Soul is the basis the life."
The Blue man nodded, "Correct but too primitive."
He then started to walk casually around Amden and spoke, "Soul is the basis of life. But the concept of soul is much more complex. Although I cannot elaborate it for now but let me tell you an example."
He continued, "In your planet when someone executes a killing blow they destroy the physical body as well as the soul of the person. But consider that the cube just destroyed the physical body of the ancient god and sucked its soul along with its consciousness. The soul was not destroyed."
