Koyuki sniffled as she stared at me. "Yuki..."
Milo crossed his arms and huffed. "Your friend was right, you are a sap."
I rubbed the back of my head and laughed slightly. "I guess I am."
Gael snickered as he and Setsuka cut up the deer. Good thing Abby was focused on my story.
"So, what happened next?" Adamas asked.
I looked back at my carrots. "We all gathered at the abandoned factory at the edge of town before marching into town."

I looked up at the sky as I walked out of the abandoned factory as I donned my black jacket and sunglasses. I had my trusty bat on hand.. The summer sun still hung high over the sky.
"Follow me," Pik said, waving at us.
I nodded and waved at my gang myself. "Let's follow our guide dog!"
Pik put his hands on his hips and grumbled.
I snickered. "Sorry, thought I would lighten the mood." I wasn't the only one who seemed tense. Even Pik looked like he was sweating.
