When leaving Milo's place, Anis and I came across her uncle Sil and auntie Alli, who were with her cousins Benny, Yukira, Hinata, and Abby.
Sil giggled as he, Hinata and Benny chatted away about their day.
I noticed the backpacks Tasuku's kids had on. Had he enrolled them in the school here so they wouldn't miss out too much?
"Aww, my cousin is so cute!" Yukira said, staring up at baby Anis.
I giggled. "She sure is! I hope she grows up to be as smart and as charming her cousin."
Yukira giggled. "You flatter me, Auntie Rose!"
Abby looked down and frowned a bit. The expression was one Rose knew all too well. She used to make it when she was a kid like her.
Whenever someone would compliment Orlin, I would sometimes feel left out. Few people ever complimented me growing up. Ore himself was the only one who did.
