Hi. I was a little slow updating cause I was lazy~

The sun rose above I-Island, casting warm light over the crowds milling around the glossy streets. Izuku Midoriya strolled alongside Melissa Shield, still coming down from the high of meeting David Shield's daughter.
He had just finished explaining everything—from his time entering U.A. without a Quirk to his wild adventures in Class 1-A.
"…And that's about it. Aside from the occasional surprise villain attack or random training exam, things have been pretty… normal."Izuku gave a sheepish smile. For him, that was normal now.
Melissa giggled softly. "Wow… so you've already been through so much, and it's just your first year?"
Izuku rubbed the back of his head. "Yeah… It's been intense. But I've made friends I care about. Kacchan, Iida, Todoroki... even our Class President, Kurokami Tenshin."
Melissa tilted her head. "Tenshin? Is he the weird one who was puking behind the terminal?"
Izuku sighed. "Yep. That's him."He chuckled despite himself. "He's… a bit much sometimes. Always floating, training in secret, doing push-ups on the ceiling. But he's pretty dependable. Kind of like a weird little brother you can't leave alone for five minutes without worrying he'll challenge the moon to a fistfight."
Melissa laughed, imagining the tiny class president throwing a glowing punch at the sky. "And don't even get started on my other classmates, including Kacchan...though he's actually on the island, so you'll meet him later." Izuku added, "So let me tell you about the time we discovered Todoroki's cold soba addiction."
🌠
The laughter died down, and Melissa looked over the bustling crowd, her face turning contemplative."So, Midoriya... you really want to be a hero that badly?"
Izuku blinked at the question, then let out a soft exhale, his smile becoming more thoughtful.
"Not anymore... I mean, that's how it started. I just wanted to be like All Might. But now... it feels like more than a dream."
Melissa raised an eyebrow. "More?"
"It's a responsibility now. I was given something I didn't earn, and every step I take now is me trying to prove I deserve that chance. Being a hero is no longer just about what I want. It's about what I have to become."
Melissa fell silent for a moment, eyes wide. Then her expression softened.
"…That's... beautiful, in a way. You're doing it for something greater than yourself."
She looked down at her hands, clasped in front of her.
"I was born Quirkless too, you know."
Izuku blinked in surprise.
Melissa nodded."Never had any powers. Just like my dad. After my mom died early, I was enrolled in the I-Island Academy. It's the best school in the world for support engineers, so it made sense. But after seeing so many heroes, helping my father with his work, and now meeting people like you..."
She clenched her fists. "I finally understand why Papa loves supporting heroes so much. It's because even if we can't be heroes ourselves, we can help them become better. We can help them save lives."
Izuku smiled warmly. "That's... a pretty noble dream. Maybe even more important than ours. Without people like you, we wouldn't survive long out there."
Melissa grinned, brushing a lock of blonde hair behind her ear."Thanks, Midoriya. And hey… It's not like your dream's any less crazy. But I guess crazy's okay, huh?"
"Yeah…" Izuku laughed. "Crazy is kind of our whole brand at this point."
😤 Meanwhile… Forgotten Kuro
While the two talked and laughed, Kurokami Tenshin, the small Class President of Class 1-A, stood in the background, entirely forgotten.
His arms were crossed, his cheeks puffed out in frustration, and his tiny frame radiated unspoken betrayal.
"Thanks a lot, Midoriya," he grumbled internally. "The moment you see a girl, your brain leaves the building. I'm just background scenery now, huh? Flirting instead of friending. You suck."
Still sulking, he looked around. Luckily, the two lovebirds—err, classmates—had continued walking, which meant he was almost at his destination.
Colorful food stalls, interactive exhibits, robotic mascots handing out pamphlets—there was a lot to distract, but Kuro's glowing purple eyes locked onto the grand dome-like building ahead.
Above the entrance, a glowing sign flashed:
"HERO TECH: A WORLD OF TOMORROW EXHIBIT!"
His expression lit up like a kid at a candy store.
"Finally…"His voice dropped into a whisper as he clenched his tiny fists."The most significant and newest technology from every corner of the world… right here."
And just like that, he darted ahead at breakneck speed, leaving behind a purple trail of kinetic energy.

[Auther: Rather than saying that Kuro has glowing eyes, it's simply excess Ki around his body giving him that effect.]
