"Mr. Chester, our man has fucked up," Executive Assistant Gomez stepped forward and reported gravely.
"What happened?" Chester Yale's voice went cold.
"As soon as Lucas Scott left the Scott Family Villa, our man sneaked in, but it seemed Lucas was already on guard. We couldn't even locate the place where Attorney Lawrence was held before we were discovered and had to evacuate in a hurry."
Executive Assistant Gomez furrowed his brows as he clarified the situation and its context.
They had hoped to take advantage of the time when Lucas Scott had arranged to meet with Chester Yale and Evelyn Sherman to sneak into the Scott Family Villa, and if they could locate where Hazel Lawrence was imprisoned, they could figure out a way to rescue him.
Even if they couldn't get him out, at the very least, they could have asked Hazel what they should do next, and where the other witness who could prove the Will's authenticity was now...
But they got nothing.
