The room door had barely opened when Jackson Sully was thrown directly onto the ground, and Keira Leaf quickly stepped forward to catch him, finally landing beneath Alice Smith as both of them fell to the ground together.
Zachary Armstrong stood at the door front, glanced at the two of them, and said, "There's still a long way to go, don't fall so soon."
Keira Leaf ignored him, her eyes reddening as she helped Jackson up, "Alice, how are you? Are you hurt? Are you uncomfortable anywhere? What did they do to you?"
Keira's voice was choked with emotion, tears almost breaking through.
Jackson held Keira's hand, gently comforting her, and looked up at Zachary Armstrong to speak, "After all, as a key experimental subject, couldn't you find us a cleaner place?"
Zachary glanced up at the dirty cell, nodding slightly, "It is quite dirty, indeed. I'll consider it."
Before Jackson could speak again, Zachary shut the room door and strode away.
