"Mr. Bailey, Locke has jumped off the cliff with Mr. Cameron..."
The message came through Wayne Bailey's earpiece.
His expression changed slightly as he gazed at Anna Jadwin, who had almost fainted in his arms.
"Mr. Cameron is already dead, and as for Locke, jumping off the cliff leaves no chance of survival... Over at The Baileys' Manor, all the besieging bodyguards have regained consciousness and are fully retreating. Although the manor has suffered severe damage, luckily the defense was tight. The young master and young miss have been moved to a safe place in time..."
"Understood," Wayne Bailey's voice darkened, "heading back."
"I won't go back," Anna Jadwin woke up, pale, "I can't find Maxwell Cameron... I won't go back."
Wayne Bailey looked at her feverishly hot small face; her forehead was burning.
Anna Jadwin shook her head in a daze, then suddenly, as if struck by a nightmare, her eyes flew open: "That basement... is also here..."
