Hank cast a triumphant look at Kevin Cliff, conveying a 'You owe me.' Then he seriously dropped a few instructions, cheerfully took the Medical Kit, and walked away. If it weren't for Charlotte Green being there, he probably would have started humming a tune already.
"You don't know how to handle the fish, let me do it." Kevin saw Charlotte holding the kitchen knife cluelessly at the fish on the cutting board, and was even more worried she'd slip and cut herself, so he quickly snatched the knife back.
"No, I can." Charlotte insisted with false bravado.
"Oh my, dealing with fish, huh? Piece of cake." At that moment, Fenton Fitzgerald suddenly appeared, pushed the two aside, took over the knife, and effortlessly cleaned the fish, placing it on a plate.
"Thank you," Charlotte said, feeling a bit embarrassed.
"It's nothing, the boss is injured after all!" Fenton said, holding back a smile. He received a fierce glare from Kevin and quickly found an excuse to leave.
