That completely infuriated Jeremy Thompson, and eventually, he lost control of his bad temper. He caught up to her in two steps, grabbed her shoulders from behind regardless of her resistance, and directly pinned her against the car door, with his hand supporting the car door, trapping her between himself and the door.
He pressed tightly against her, so close that their bodies almost touched, and Jeremy, lowering his head, allowed Anna to clearly hear his heavy breathing, sounding like an enraged leopard.
Frightened, she looked up and saw her own pale, helpless face reflected in his deep, dark eyes, while his face, cold and gloomy, showed little expression.
